Membership fees are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All tutorials, diagrams, videos, and written content on Origami.me are the intellectual property of Kuma Lab LLC or the credited creators. You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit this content for commercial purposes without permission.

By posting content in the membership community, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the community. You retain ownership of your own content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Origami involves paper-folding techniques that are generally safe, but we are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our instructions or services. Our website and membership are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuma Lab LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. External Links and Third-Party Services

Our website and membership may link to third-party services (such as Circle.so, Stripe, Kit, Mediavine, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Please review their terms and privacy policies before using their services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also stop using our services at any time.
