At Origami.me, we want you to feel confident about what you buy. This policy explains how refunds work for one-off digital purchases and for memberships.
Individual products may have their own terms, which take precedence for that product. For the Educator Library, see the Educator Library Terms of Use.
Your statutory right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel most purchases within 14 days.
For digital content, that right ends once we begin supplying the content, provided you have given your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. Where you have not given that consent, your right to cancel is unaffected.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the laws that apply to your purchase.
One-off digital purchases
This covers downloadable PDFs and one-time purchases of access, such as the Educator Library.
- These purchases give you immediate access to digital content, so the statutory right to cancel described above applies in the way set out there.
- If a file or your access does not work as it should, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
- If a refund is issued, or a payment is reversed or charged back, any license granted with that purchase ends and access is withdrawn. Files downloaded before that point are no longer covered by a license and should not be used further.
Monthly Memberships
- You may cancel at any time.
- Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not provide refunds for partial months.
6-Month and Annual Memberships
- You may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your membership if you cancel early.
- We do not provide refunds for the current billing month, but we will refund the remaining unused time on your plan.
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@origami.me.
