Refund Policy
At Origami.me, we want you to feel confident about your membership. The following policy explains how refunds work for our subscription plans.
Monthly Memberships
- You may cancel at any time.
- Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not provide refunds for partial months.
6-Month and Annual Memberships
- You may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your membership if you cancel early.
- We do not provide refunds for the current billing month, but we will refund the remaining unused time on your plan.

Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed in error (for example, duplicate charges), please reach out to us. We will review the request and correct any mistakes promptly.
EU/UK Customers
Because our membership provides immediate access to digital content upon purchase, the 14-day cancellation right under EU/UK consumer law does not apply. Our standard refund rules (above) apply instead.
