Madhura Gupta is an origami artist and designer from India who folds from her home in Kolkata. She discovered origami when she was ten, after receiving a book that sparked a lifelong fascination with paper. Years later, in 2019, she returned to folding, and by 2021, she was creating her own modular designs.
Her models often grow from simple units into elegant cubes, stars, and spirals. Each fold reflects her love for geometry and calm repetition, where paper takes shape through patience and rhythm.
Madhura’s work has appeared in international publications, and she continues to share her creations with warmth and curiosity, exploring how small folds can come together to form something quietly beautiful.
At Origami.me, our mission is simple: to make origami inspiring, accessible, and supportive for everyone involved.
