25 Pawsome Origami Dogs that You Mutt See

We’ve posted about dogs previously. Since then we’ve come across a ton of other fantastic paper dogs that also deserve to be highlighted.

We’ll start out this post with this beautiful looking dog folded from a sheet of mulberry paper.

Doberman Pinscher, Designed by Ares Alanya and Folded by Mariano

This doberman pinscher design is still one of our all time favourite paper dog designs. Each of these is folded from different kinds of paper with different kinds of paint.

Greyhound, Designed by Ronald Koh and Folded by Hande Orhun

This is an origami version of Yoko, Hande Orhun’s dog.

Dog, Designed by Hideo Komatsu and Folded by Ivan Svatko

This paper dog has a ton of character and looks really full of energy.

This dog in a dog house model is still one of our favourites. The entire thing, both the dog and the house, is folded from a single sheet of paper.

Here’s another one of those fantastic doberman pinchers.

This entire scene is pretty adorable.

We really like how this dog design is a lot more 3-dimensional and seeing it from multiple angles is really great.

This is a much simpler design but it’s still very expressive.

Here’s another adorable design. The pose is absolutely fantastic.

This is another excellent dog design. The colour change here is really great and it looks awesome with this black and white unryu paper.

This tiny little dog might be the cutest one we’ve ever seen!

Labrador, Designed and Folded by Gen Hagiwara

This is one of the best looking paper dogs that we’ve ever seen. It really has the look of a real dog.

Shiba Inu, Designed and Folded by Cahoonas

Here’s another one of the best dog designs we’ve seen. It’s easily the best paper shiba inu out there. The design is based on Gen Hagiwara’s labrador base.

Finnish Lapphund, Designed by Seth Friedman and Folded by Ivan Svatko

Seth Friedman’s Finnish Lapphund is another one of the best dog designs out there. This one too looks extra fluffy.

Loyal and His Tongue, Designed and Folded by Eric Vigier

Here’s another excellent dog design with a tongue.

The colour change in this beagle design is fantastic.

Here’s quite a fancy looking paper poodle.

Wolves are kind of in the same category as dogs and here’s a great looking one that’s kind of cute too.

Here’s a really great labrador retriever design. The pose here and how it almost looks like it’s running along is awesome.

Fox Terrier, Designed by Román Díaz and Folded by Gonzalo

Román Díaz’s fox terrier is another really awesome dog design.

Dalmatian, Designed by Fumiaki Kawahata and Folded by Joe Adia

This Dalmatian design is really impressive with how the colour change makes little dots. You definitely need to use black and white paper to fold this one.

Pug, Designed by Yoo Tae Yong and Folded by Jack Dreyil

Our final model for this post is this very expressive looking Pug. It’s another excellent example of colour change used in design.
