One post I’ve wanted to make for a while now is one about origami logos. Interestingly enough there are some pretty cool origami versions of various logos.

Many of the designs use a single sheet of paper with a different colour on each side for a very neat effect.

So in this post we’ll be taking a look at some of my favourite origami logos and origami flags as well. I’ve also wanted to do a post about origami flags for a while too but there aren’t as many flag designs out there.

Flags are sort of logos for countries and the designs are similar so I’m including them here.

First up is this amazing paper version of the WhatsApp logo.

This next image is the word “Origami” written in simplified Chinese characters. I really like how clean the shapes and lines are here.

Here’s the first origami flag for this post. This is Vietnam’s flag and it’s folded from a single square of paper. If you’re going to fold a flag like this you can only really do countries that have two colours in their flag if you plan on using a single sheet of paper.

This next image is technically a map, a map of Korea but it’s in the same style as the other designs in this post. Plus it’s a really cool idea to fold an origami map.
